Today my husband caught a glimpse of this recipe on Food TV. He said he would like to try it…so I’m making it tonight for dinner.

My nephew was talking about BAMN, the Automat in New York City and he saw they had macaroni and cheese croquettes on their menu…so I’m making them for dinner too!!

I love it when they come up with ideas for something different to cook, something different to experience, and I am thrilled that I’m the type to give it all a try! I’m not an Italian TV cooking star, and I don’t live near New York City, so it’s time for learning how to do it myself.

They might not be EXACTLY what the originals meant for them to be, but it’s the new, fun, not-the-same-as-every-other-day that makes me happy.

Oh, they are awesome too:)
