Crock Pot Lamb Stew (before the cooking beings)

Crock Pot Lamb Stew

The photo is before the cooking begins :)

1 lb. stewing lamb cut in 1 inch pieces
6 small red potatoes, cleaned, spots cut out, all about the size of a golf ball
3 carrots cut in finger size pieces
1 packet of beefy onion Lipton soup mix
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup of frozen peas
1.) Leave the peas in the freezer for now.
2.) Mix everything else together in the pot.
3.) Put the on the lid.
4.) Set the Crock Pot to low.
5.) Set timer to 4 hours.
6.) Go do some other stuff. This ain’t fast food people.
7.) When there is 1 hour left toss in the peas and stir.
8.) Wait some more, do some more stuff, get out the plates and forks, and smell the deliciousness.
9.) Serve with garlic toast.
